Location: Jersey City, NJ (4 days on-site)
Duration: 12 months
Rate: $38-43/hr.
Work Requirements: , Holder, or authorized to work in the U.S.
- 2-5 years of experience in an IT project management/coordination/project analyst environment and/or PMO (Jr - Mid Level position).
- Financial Services or enterprise experience is preferred.
- Attention to detail is a MUST - validation of data is required daily. Must be strong to advance with Excel.
Responsibilities include providing guidance to project teams to resolve complex situations, mitigate risks, and apply PDLC or AIM in unique situations; offering support with toolsets (Project Portfolio Portal - in-house tool, MS Project, PlanView, etc.); and coordinating with the Home Office in Japan for IPR/BAF/PCR/RAD approvals when required. Additionally, you will package IPR/BAF/PCR/RAD based on information provided by Project Managers (summarizing the request, inputting information into cost plans, etc.) for expedited approvals.
