Job Description:
- CA JM Electrical Certification Required.
- Inspect and test electrical components to diagnose problems, repair broken electrical components, and install updates for outdated electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems.
- Oversee training for co-workers as needed.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet project deadlines and daily deliverables (i.e. pictures, signed checklists, As-Built, etc.).
- Resolve conflict while maintaining positive relationships at all levels.
- Conduct tests to ensure all newly installed electrical systems and component devices are operational.
- Ensure electrical systems meet local, county, state, or federal codes; legal and/or insurance requirements.
- Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.
- Maintain the company''s high standard of quality and professionalism with regards to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior and appearance.
- Experience as a Commercial and/or Industrial Electrician.
- Ability to read blueprints and comprehend SOW documents.
- Dependable – must show up to work on time daily.
- Knowledge of industry standards and current NEC requirements.
- Safety conscious, follow all applicable PPE guidelines.
- Has basic hand tools and PPE.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to coach, motivate and mentor field staff
- Self-motivated, career-minded, looking for a place with advancement opportunities.
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure environment.
- Proficient with the use of computers, including email, spreadsheets, and database Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, ect.
- Advance troubleshooting skills.
- Demonstrate effective capability in problem solving and analytical thinking.
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills; verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Responsible for field deliverable''s for each site (i.e. pictures, signed checklists, As-Built, etc.)
