Salary: $50,000 – $60,000
Collections Analyst (3 Openings)
- Responsible for managing accounts receivable and monitor AR aging reports
- Contacting customers regarding past-due balances.
- Resolving billing discrepancies.
- Monitors customer accounts, posts payments, and ensures timely collections while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers regarding past due payments via email, phone calls and customer portals.
- Credit/Debit Memo creation and application
- Reconcile customer accounts.
Required:
- 3 years of experience in AR or credit/collections
- Good knowledge of AR processes, credit management, and collection practices
- Experience with accounting/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
