Responsibilities
- Define, analyze, and translate business needs into requirements for new and enhanced products, services, and optimized business processes.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, document, and validate functional and data requirements.
- Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle to ensure business requirements are understood, documented, tested, and successfully implemented.
- Analyze complex data, systems, applications, platforms, and services to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Support solution design, testing, and implementation activities to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders and serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a demonstrated track record of delivering successful projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data, applications, architectures, platforms, and services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing system requirements and specifications, including testing concepts and SDLC methodologies such as Agile Scrum and Waterfall.
- Experience using Visio for process modeling and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter, AutoSys, SQL DB Visualizer, Snowflake, AWS S3, and database concepts related to DB2 and Oracle.
- Experience supporting migrations of on-premises legacy systems to cloud-based architectures.
- 2 years of experience developing and implementing test strategies and supporting quality assurance activities.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
