Title: Business Analyst
Location: Orlando, FL (4/1 hybrid)
Duration: 12 month contract
Compensation: $65.00 – 74.20/hr

Business Analyst
Description/Comment:
This individual will support the DXT VMO (Disney Experiences Technology Vendor Management Organization) under the CSL Team (Coupa Supplier Logistics Team).
• Support and help develop our Coupa Supplier Logistics Team.
• Responsible for the following:
o Partnering with technology teams to create purchase orders (POs) while ensuring accurate coding and cost breakouts are provided upfront.
o Ensure proper invoicing is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
o Compare time and material data associated with all approved POs to their respective invoices. Identify, correct, and communicate any discrepancies to both the business and portfolio teams.
o Reconcile PO line items with vendor invoices to ensure proper coding is provided and all information matches prior to submitting.
• Document CSL processes and methodoliges and other information to help document and establish new processes as needed.
• Create and communicate training guidelines associated with on-boarding new vendors.
• Identify and capture key agreement document data elements (SLA, timelines, renewal options, ect).
• Assist leaders by reporting and escalating issues in a timely manner
• Liaise with team members and cross-functional partners at all levels of the organization
REQUIRED
Basic knowledge/experience in relevant technologies, such as:
• 3 years working with SAP and Coupa
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external communication
• Solid organizational skills and ability to juggle and prioritize projects and tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player that works cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions
• Comfortable communicating with partners at all levels
• Flexible to change while able to manage and support multiple efforts concurrently
• Proactive and demonstrates strong initiative to manage day-to-day workflow with minimal supervision
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Comfortable working both virtually and in-person when needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance
Basic Qualifications:
