You will lead complex, cross-functional projects—especially those involving data—while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Agile projects within an Enterprise PMO environment, ensuring adherence to business goals, regulatory guidelines, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across product, technology, and business units, particularly in mortgage-related workflows, to ensure successful outcomes.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, adjusting plans as needed.
- Cultivate a strong Agile mindset within teams through coaching, facilitation of ceremonies, and promoting continuous improvement.
- Monitor project health by identifying and mitigating risks, resolving blockers, and handling changes in scope.
- Ensure consistent communication with stakeholders, offering transparency on progress, challenges, and milestones.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Align all activities with PMO best practices, ensuring compliance with governance and reporting structures.
- Proven experience in the mortgage industry is required.
- 3-5 years of project management experience using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Experience operating within an Enterprise PMO structure.
- Strong understanding of Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and manage complex, data-driven initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with large-scale data or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Azure or other cloud-based technologies.
- Agile certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or PMI-ACP.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
