Responsibilities
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to foster patient engagement and promote positive behavioral change.
- Provide crisis intervention and crisis management support to stabilize patients experiencing acute mental health episodes or emergencies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, medical professionals, special education staff, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain meticulous medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with the latest research in behavioral health and applying best practices in clinical settings.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
