Job Summary
As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment to facilitate the development and education of young children.
Duties
- Plan and implement a curriculum that targets different areas of child development
- Conduct activities that promote physical, social, and intellectual growth
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure that the school fosters an environment that is inviting and nurturing for every child
- Communicate with parents on children's progress and upcoming events
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that is conducive to learning
- Manage classroom activities effectively to ensure a safe and structured learning environment
Experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED OR currently in school for ECED/ELED
- Experience working with toddlers
- Knowledge of toddler care and early childhood education principles
- Ability to educate young children effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus
- Understanding of child welfare and classroom management techniques
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
