Inspiring Minds Daycare LLC is a licensed childcare center serving children ages 6 weeks to Kindergarten ready. We are a supportive, team-oriented program that focuses on creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for every child in our care.

Position Summary

We are hiring a dependable, caring, and energetic Daycare Teacher/Childcare Assistant. This role includes supervising children, assisting with classroom activities, supporting routines, and helping maintain a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children and ensure a safe environment

• Assist with daily routines (meals, diapers, potty training, naps)

• Support or lead age-appropriate learning activities

• Communicate effectively with parents and coworkers

• Maintain a clean and organized classroom

• Follow all MN DHS licensing regulations and center policies

• Build positive, nurturing relationships with children

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older

• Previous childcare experience preferred but not required

• Ability to lift 30–40 lbs and be active throughout the day

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to complete a DHS background study

• Willingness to complete required training (CPR/First Aid, SUID/AHT, etc.)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday

• Full-time or part-time shifts available

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
