Overview:
- Temporary Clerical position: Human Services Assistant (Office Assistant)
- $15.45 /hour credit for experience & credentials beyond requirement
-Temporary full-time; 40 hours a week.
- 3-to-4 month employment duration (great experience building opportunity)
- Flexible Scheduling
- Training provided
- On site (Hawkeye office) with some traveling
Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Assist Human Services team with client-file updates
- Review files, track findings
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Microsoft Edge (Internet)
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Must pass a background check, physical & drug screen
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Experience in human services, healthcare, or office setting a plus.
