We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic leader to join our team as Director of Services.

Inspiring Lives primarily serve adults with mental health conditions and co-occurring disorders, providing comprehensive support tailored to their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development: Establish a collaborative team atmosphere through effective leadership and employee development initiatives. Supervise staff, promote teamwork, and foster a positive, professional work environment.
- Operational Oversight: Manage overall daily operations, ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in compliance with Inspiring Lives' standards.
- Program Development & Management: Manage and continuously improve programs to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. Oversee program budgets, resources, and scheduling for optimal efficiency.
- Staff Recruitment & Retention: Lead recruitment efforts, oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, conduct performance evaluations, and implement coaching and training to support staff growth and retention.
- Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with oversight agencies to ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory standards. Enforce adherence to policies and complete incident investigations and reports as required.
- Client Rights & Quality Assurance: Ensure enforcement of client rights in accordance with policy. Monitor and improve client and employee retention through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Training & Professional Development: Conduct regular staff training sessions to promote ongoing professional growth and adherence to best practices.
- Strategic Planning & Community Engagement: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand program reach, increase referrals, and foster community partnerships.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present comprehensive reports on program performance, metrics, and achievements to the Executive Director.
- Updates and maintains a complete on-call schedule and covers when necessary
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and management experience in a healthcare or social services environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop strategic initiatives and foster a team-oriented culture
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in addiction and behavioral health services
- Commitment to client-centered care and community engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Service, Psychology, Criminology, Social Work, (or other related field) and 2 years of experience or 6 years of experience in case management or services for persons with mental illness and intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, elderly, substance abuse, and/or brain injury.
- Must pass a background check, physical, & drug screen
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a large team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to identify and address operational issues effectively
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs ≤ 25% of shift.
- Ability to coordinate repetitive use and movement of arms and hands ≥ 75% of shift.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time ≥ 75% of shift.
- Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, bend, squat ≤25% of shift.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary from $60,000 plus credit for experience/degrees beyond requirement.
