Inspired is hiring a full or part-time Mental Health Clinician for our Easton, MA office.
Hours: Monday through Friday, within the hours of 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Teens.
High school students.
College students trying to figure out adulthood while pretending they've got it all together.
(and a few adults).
You know they're funny, insightful, resilient, and sometimes wonderfully complicated. You don't need to be "cool." You're simply authentic enough that they eventually trust you.
Here's what makes this position different.
We're intentionally offering a slow, supported caseload build.
Instead of throwing 28 clients on your schedule in two weeks and wishing you luck, we'll help you build a sustainable caseload while you become part of our team.
Even better?
We'll train you in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Whether you've had no DBT experience or you've only scratched the surface, we'll provide the training, consultation, and support to help you become an exceptional DBT clinician.

What you'll do
- Provide individual therapy, primarily to teens and young adults.
- Lead DBT skills groups (we'll train and support you).
- Collaborate with families when appropriate (there is training for this, as well).
- Participate in a consultation team that actually functions like a team.
- Grow into a confident, highly skilled DBT clinician.
Who we're looking for
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related behavioral health field.
- Licensed or license eligible in Massachusetts.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- A genuine passion for working with adolescents and young adults.
