Inspired Resolutions Counseling Center is seeking a motivated Associate Therapist who wants to build a meaningful career serving children, teens, adults, couples, and families within a supportive and highly structured private practice environment.
This position is ideal for associates who understand that developing a successful private practice caseload takes time, consistency, patience, and strong clinical mentorship.
We are currently seeking a therapist who is available to work weekends, as this is one of our highest areas of client demand. Male therapists are strongly encouraged to apply due to significant demand from clients and families seeking male providers.

Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy services to children, teens, adults, couples, and families
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Develop treatment plans and monitor client progress
- Participate in weekly supervision and clinical consultation
- Maintain ethical and professional standards at all times
- Engage in ongoing clinical learning and professional development
- Contribute positively to the culture and values of the practice
Qualifications
- AMFT, ASW, or APCC registered and in good standing with the California BBS
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to work with children, teens, and families
- Openness to feedback, coaching, and supervision
- Weekend availability is required
- Evening availability is preferred
- Experience working with adolescents, families, or couples is a plus
Compensation
Compensation includes an hourly rate plus a tiered commission structure.
Typical earnings range from approximately $40–$80 per clinical hour, with opportunities for increased compensation tied to caseload development, reliability, consistency, and clinical growth.
