- Oversee all daily operations — ensuring consistency, safety, and compliance with Jiffy Lube® and IPA standards.
- Set clear goals and expectations for your team while holding everyone accountable to performance metrics (sales, labor, KPIs).
- Motivate and inspire your team through daily coaching and positive leadership.
- Drive sales growth by recommending services and educating customers with honesty and confidence.
- Manage scheduling, payroll hours, and inventory to maintain strong profitability.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, professional, and welcoming for every customer.
- Communicate effectively with your Area Manager and the IPA leadership team to execute company initiatives.
