Role Description

This is a temporary, on-site Recruiter role located in Fenton, MO. As a Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for driver roles within the organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will maintain accurate candidate records, track recruitment metrics, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


Qualifications

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Experience in payroll on-boarding, preferably ADP Work Force Now.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment is a plus.
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition or human resources is preferred.
  • Education or Direct Experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.

Salary : $23 - $25
