What are the responsibilities and job description for the Care Partner position at Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch?
At Inspired Living, our Care Partners provide personalized support with daily living, build genuine relationships with residents and families, and help create a community where everyone feels safe, respected, valued, and at home.
We are currently hiring for our Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch senior living community located in Bradenton, FL.
What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate, respectful assistance with activities of daily living according to each resident's service plan.
- Get to know our residents and provide care that supports their individual needs, preferences, and dignity.
- Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all care, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Care Partners, clinical leaders, families, and other members of the community team.
- Help create a warm and welcoming dining experience by assisting with meals, serving, clearing, and keeping the dining area beautiful.
- Jump in, support your teammates, and contribute to a positive team-first culture.
- Help make every day a little brighter for our residents!
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of caregiving or similar experience preferred/required.
- CNA or HHA certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine passion for serving older adults.
- Dependable, compassionate, and ready to be part of a team.
- Comfortable using basic technology; Microsoft Word and Excel experience is a plus.
