What You'll Do
As the Director of Resident Experience, you'll design and deliver engaging daily programs that bring purpose, joy, and connection to our residents' lives. You'll:

Create monthly calendars full of fun, meaningful, and memory-focused activities

Lead events that stimulate the mind, body, and spirit - from crafts and music to themed parties and community outings

Get to know each resident personally - tailoring activities around their stories, hobbies, and preferences

Coordinate entertainment, family events, and quarterly community celebrations

Partner with other department leaders to make every day special for our residents

What You'll Bring
