Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine patients' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
- Provide therapy to improve communication skills, including articulation, fluency, and voice quality.
- Educate patients about speech and language disorders and treatment options.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest research and techniques in speech therapy.
Requirements:
- Licensed as a Speech Therapist
- Minimum 1 year home health experience
- 2 step TB test
- CPR Certification
Valid Drivers License and Auto Insurance
