Inspired home is seeking a motivated and compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver quality rehabilitation services to patients in their homes, helping them regain mobility and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including exercises, modalities, and mobility training to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Monitor patients' progress and report any changes in their condition to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Educate patients on safety techniques, and strategies to enhance recovery and independence in daily activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, treatment sessions, and progress notes as required.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
Qualifications:
- Current state licensure or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Previous experience in home health care is preferred, but not required.
- CPR
- 2 step TB test
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
