Home Health RN – Inspired Home Care

What You'll Do
- Assess patient conditions at each visit and document findings
- Complete evaluations: vitals, medication review, OASIS assessments, wound care, IV therapy
- Manage and monitor wound healing
- Educate patients and families on home‑care procedures
- Collaborate with PT, OT, ST, physicians, and the full care team
- Recommend tools or devices that improve patient quality of life
- Listen, support, and respond to patient needs
What You Bring
- Active RN license
- At least 1 year of in‑home care experience
- Strong communication and time‑management skills
- Compassionate, patient‑focused approach
- Ability to travel to multiple patients daily
- (Preferred) Familiarity with Home Care Home Base or Kinnser
