Inspired home care is looking for a dedicated Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. The OTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide quality care and support to patients in their homes, helping them enhance their daily living skills and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patients' functional abilities and independence.
- Provide therapeutic interventions, including exercises, activities of daily living training, and adaptive techniques to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Monitor patients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Educate patients on strategies to promote safety, independence, and engagement in daily activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, treatment sessions, and progress notes as required.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
Qualifications:
- Current state licensure or certification to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Previous experience in home health care is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy.
