Job Description
Inspired Flight Technologies is looking to expand its Operations team with the addition of an Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will assist with the execution of daily business activities, logistics strategy, and administrative tasks. To be successful in this role, you should be able to solve problematic situations efficiently and have excellent communication, analytic, and organizational skills. You will excel in this role if you have experience in project management, data analysis, and process creation and improvement.
This role will report directly to the VP of Operations within the Operations department. This is a prime opportunity for a highly motivated and creative professional that thrives in a startup environment and is looking for career development and advancement.
Typical responsibilities:
- Manage and execute work order creation and planning within NetSuite to support efficient production scheduling and resource allocation
- Track materials, inventory movements, and transactions in NetSuite to ensure accuracy, traceability, and alignment with production needs
- Develop and monitor departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational efficiency and production performance
- Analyze operational and production data to drive informed decision-making and provide actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams
- Create and maintain standardized operating procedures and documentation to ensure consistency across work order management and material handling processes
- Review and optimize workflows related to work orders, inventory, and material transactions to identify inefficiencies and improve throughput
- Coordinate and support cross-functional process improvement initiatives related to ERP usage, production planning, and inventory control
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and documentation to support planning, audits, and continuous improvement

- Experience with Netsuite or ERP systems
- Problem-solving skills and a self-starter
- Operational Management experience
- High Attention to detail
- Data analytic experience and knowledge
Education/Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 2 years of training and experience in operations or administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite
