- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after the sale.

- Project Status Updates:
- Provide timely and accurate updates on project milestones, including design approval, production, and installation.

- Issue Resolution:

- Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, installation) to resolve issues efficiently.

- Confirm installation details and address any last-minute adjustments.

Requirements:
- Experience:
