Shopify Sales Associate
We are hiring an experienced Shopify Sales Associate to support our online store and in-store customers.
Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the Shopify website
• Update product listings, pricing, inventory, and website content
• Process and fulfill online orders
• Manage orders received through social media
• Monitor and implement Shopify growth recommendations
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service in-store
• Assist customers with product selection and purchases
• Help keep the store and online operations organized
• Support additional retail and e-commerce tasks as needed
Qualifications
• Previous experience working with Shopify
• Experience processing and fulfilling online orders
• Familiarity with social media orders and online customer service
• computer and organizational skills
•communication and customer-service abilities
• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
