Job Summary
The Site Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing projects from inception to completion. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The Site Supervisor will ensure that all work is completed according to specifications, on time, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The Site Supervisor will report directly to the Project manager and ensure all team members are following company standard operating procedures.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations on the job site, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of team members.
- Review work orders to ensure complete understanding of the contract.
- Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee compliance project specifications.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in painting techniques.
- Maintain effective communication with the Project manager.
Skills
- Proficient in commercial and residential painting.
- Ability to manage crew members and task completion while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrate strong leadership principles and qualities.
- Experience with work orders to streamline project workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving high-quality results under pressure.
- Must be willing to learn and follow our proven systems and processes.
