Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. As an Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. You will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving overall function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic physical therapy techniques and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals.
- Implement evidence-based orthopedic physical therapy techniques, exercises, and modalities.
- Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and self-management strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, surgeons, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Participate in team meetings, continuing education opportunities, and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
