About Us

Inspire Physical Therapy is a growing pediatric private practice located in Beaverton, Oregon. We are a family-owned, therapist-driven, patient- and community-centered practice established in 2016.

We pride ourselves on delivering individualized 1:1 physical therapy tailored to each child and family. Our specialties include early childhood development (newborns through age 5) and pediatric orthopedic and sports rehabilitation for adolescents and young athletes. We provide a warm, collaborative, and supportive environment for patients, caregivers, and our team.


Position Overview:

Inspire Physical Therapy is seeking a Senior Pediatric Physical Therapist with experience in infant/toddler development and pediatric orthopedic care.

This role is designed for an experienced clinician who demonstrates strong clinical reasoning, autonomy, and a passion for working across early childhood and pediatric orthopedic populations. The Senior PT will contribute to clinical excellence, mentorship, and program growth initiatives within the practice.

This is a full-time outpatient pediatric physical therapy position.


This role offers clinical autonomy, consistent 1:1 care, and the opportunity to mentor developing therapists while contributing to program growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Care (80-90%)

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations for infants, toddlers, and pediatric orthopedic patients using standardized assessments and clinical expertise
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide skilled, hands-on therapy to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and age-appropriate functional skills
  • Deliver high-quality 1:1 care with a strong emphasis on family education and home program integration
  • Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare providers to optimize outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
  • Stay current with evidence-based practices in pediatric physical therapy
  • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for junior therapists

Mentorship, Program Support & Community Engagement (10-20%)

  • Provide mentorship and clinical support to newer therapists or team members
  • Assist in the development and refinement of clinical programs (infant/toddler and pediatric orthopedic)
  • Participate in community outreach, marketing efforts, and relationship-building with local providers
  • Contribute to educational resources and practice growth initiatives


Qualifications:

  • Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
  • Active Oregon Physical Therapist license
  • Current CPR certification
  • 5–8 years of pediatric physical therapy experience including experience with infants/toddlers (0–5) and/or pediatric orthopedics.
  • Experience in outpatient pediatric or private practice setting preferred
  • Familiarity with Stride EMR or similar systems is a plus

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM  during the school year
  • Modified schedule during summer and school breaks


Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive movements, lift up to 25 pounds, and work on the floor (sitting, kneeling, bending, squatting).


Compensation:

  • $50.00–$55.00 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for growth and advancement
