INSPIRE Physical Therapy & Wellness is a therapist-owned outpatient mobile practice providing one-on-one care in the home throughout southern Rhode Island.
We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist to support growth in Westerly, Charlestown, and South Kingstown, RI.
This position is ideal for an experienced clinician who wants to provide high-quality, relationship-based care without the stress of double booking, unrealistic productivity standards, or spending hours completing documentation at night.
At INSPIRE, our therapists treat one client at a time for full one-hour sessions. No overlapping patients. No clinic mill.
Unlike traditional homecare, we are an outpatient Medicare Part B practice — meaning no OASIS documentation, no Start of Care admissions, and no homebound requirement.
Our team has a strong focus on neurological rehabilitation, particularly Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders. Experience or interest in working with neurological populations is highly valued. Therapists with experience in Parkinson’s care, balance and fall prevention, gait dysfunction, LSVT BIG, PWR!Moves, or functional mobility training are encouraged to apply.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Rhode Island
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience preferred
- Neurological rehabilitation experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working independently in the community
- Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills
