Occupational Therapy Assistant – Outpatient in the Home
Connecticut: Preston / Ledyard / Norwich

INSPIRE Physical Therapy & Wellness is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our unique mobile outpatient team. We bring outpatient-level therapy into the home—helping older adults stay strong, safe, and independent without the stress of quotas, OASIS, or high-volume clinics.

What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 therapy in clients’ homes under OT supervision.
- Deliver functional, client-centered sessions that make a real impact.
- Educate clients and caregivers on mobility and independence strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed COTA in Connecticut.
- 3 years of experience (SNF, home health, or outpatient preferred).
- Neuro rehab experience a plus.
- Passion for working with older adults and thriving in a flexible, supportive role.
