INSPIRE is a mobile outpatient therapy practice serving Connecticut and Rhode Island. We specialize in one-on-one care in the home and community, with a strong focus on neurological rehabilitation, balance, and helping older adults maintain independence. Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment under the direction of a supervising Occupational Therapist
• Carry out individualized treatment plans focused on ADLs, IADLs, and functional independence
• Work with clients with neurological and orthopedic conditions
• Educate clients and caregivers
• Communicate regularly with supervising OT and care team
• Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Connecticut
• Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in a mobile setting
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Passion for working with older adults and neurological populations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
