INSPIRE is a mobile outpatient therapy practice serving Connecticut and Rhode Island. We specialize in one-on-one care in the home and community, with a strong focus on neurological rehabilitation, balance, and helping older adults maintain independence. Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatment under the direction of a supervising Occupational Therapist
- Carry out individualized treatment plans focused on ADLs, IADLs, and functional independence
- Work with clients with neurological and orthopedic conditions
- Educate clients and caregivers
- Communicate regularly with supervising OT and care team
- Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Qualifications
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Connecticut
- Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in a mobile setting
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Passion for working with older adults and neurological populations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
