Position Overview
This role is ideal for a dietitian who enjoys meaningful client connections and values a balanced, non-restrictive approach to nutrition. You will work one-on-one with clients to support their health goals through personalized, sustainable strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide client-centered, evidence-based nutrition counseling
- Support clients in areas such as weight management, chronic disease prevention, and overall wellness
- Foster a positive, non-judgmental environment that supports long-term behavior change
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client care and progress
- Collaborate with the Inspire Nutrition team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential (required)
- State licensure
- Strong communication and counseling skills
- Passion for helping clients build sustainable habits and a healthy relationship with food
- Experience in outpatient counseling or private practice is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting at $50 per client-facing hour, with opportunity for growth based on experience
