Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with experience in trauma work. The ideal candidate is passionate about trauma-informed care, committed to clinical excellence, and excited to be part of a supportive and growing team. Both in-person and remote opportunities are available.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based interventions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Qualifications
- Active license as an LCSW, Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern, LMHC, or Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the state of Florida (in good standing).
- EMDR training or experience is preferred but not required.
- Clinical experience working with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, or related concerns.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented practice.
