ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Sales Enablement Managers lead teams of direct reports (Sales Enablement Associates) to support the execution of Sales Enablement strategies aimed at increasing physician awareness, improved patient access, and consistent delivery of customer-facing initiatives. Sales Enablement Managers focus their teams on the consistent application of strategy and resources via guidance and coaching through direct communication with the sales organization and its customers. Sales Enablement Managers report to the Sr. Sales Enablement Manager, Inspire Medical Systems.
OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE
- People leadership
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of (5) Sales Enablement Associates
- Coach and guide reports, managing and holding accountable for expected performance.
- Drive effective behaviors throughout designated geography by leading a team capable of ensuring consistent application of strategy and resources via guidance and coaching.
- Regularly participate in associate level responsibilities to ensure consistent strategy application and performance.
- Attain quarterly and annual key performance indicators (KPIs) and department targets.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of (5) Sales Enablement Associates
- Strategy development
- Identify actionable insights and deploy strategy for team of reports to apply consistently in their designated geographies.
- Inform decision-making at the AVP level capable of streamlining the sales process and boosting productivity.
- Communicate actionable feedback and insights collected by the customer-facing team to internal HQ departments to inform decision-making and guide the evolution of the organization's strategy.
- Relationship development:
- Develop effective relationships with direct reports, capable of fostering an environment of accountability and growth.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers.
- Expand cross functional and interdepartmental partnerships necessary for the success of the Growth Enablement initiative.
- Admin:
- Maintain physician database, ensuring quality and accuracy of data.
- Order office kits as needed to support physician meetings.
- Order food certificates as needed to support virtual meals with physicians.
QUALITY SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES
- Document product and therapy related field reports within the prescribed timelines and provide any necessary documents required to complete the investigation. Provide follow-up reporting as needed.
- Complete training requirements and competency confirmations as required for this position within the required timeline.
- Comply with applicable quality system procedures/policies and make suggestions for continuous process improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, science, or engineering required.
Required Experience & Capabilities:
- Minimum of 10 years in medical sales and/or sales operations
- Effective people leadership skills, capable of driving results through multiple direct reports
- High impact communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Excel and Power BI
- Experience using a CRM to support sales efforts
- Proven record of working effectively with sales teams
- Ability to analyze complex data sets, define strategic opportunities, and convert to actionable insights
- Ability to leverage data to support communication aligned with defined strategy and inform decision-making
- Strong organization and time management skills
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, science, or engineering required.- Experience collaborating with internal teams
- Experience with sleep medicine
- Experience leading a team of 5 or more.
- Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management, and vendors.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, change, and uncertainty to deliver results with cross-functional teams in a positive manner
