Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Clarksville, TN. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing behavior intervention strategies, and overseeing treatment programs for young children. The role also involves working closely with families to provide parent education and support. Additionally, the BCBA will supervise and train behavior technicians to ensure effective delivery of interventions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Proficiency in Behavior Management techniques and strategies
- Experience in providing Parent Education and collaborating with families
- Strong foundational knowledge in Psychology related to child development
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience in early intervention or working with young children is highly preferred
