The Estate Manager will oversee the seamless operation of sophisticated, high‑end residences, ensuring the home is maintained to impeccable standards and that every interaction reflects a thoughtful, hospitality‑forward ethos. This role blends operational leadership with an elevated sense of service, supporting a household that values discretion, comfort, and exceptional care.


Key Responsibilities

Luxury Property Operations

  • Oversee daily operations of the estates, ensuring the residence is consistently pristine, organized, and guest‑ready
  • Coordinate all maintenance, landscaping, repairs, and property enhancements with a focus on long‑term preservation and aesthetic excellence
  • Maintain and update security protocols and home systems to ensure safety, privacy, and reliability
  • Collaborate with household staff, fostering a professional, warm, and hospitality‑driven team environment
  • Ensure service standards align with luxury‑estate expectations


Vendor & Contractor Oversight

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors, contractors, and service partners
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships to ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective service
  • Oversee project timelines and ensure work is completed to exacting standards


Administrative & Financial Management

  • Maintain meticulous records of expenditures, inventories, and operational needs
  • Support household scheduling, seasonal planning, and long‑range operational strategy


Hospitality & Lifestyle Support

  • Ensure the home is always prepared for arrivals, guests, and special occasions
  • Coordinate travel logistics, transportation, and home readiness when the family transitions between locations
  • Assist with intimate gatherings, guest experiences, and event coordination with a refined, service‑oriented touch


Qualifications

  • Models a respectful, kind and gracious leadership style, with a sense of humor that contributes to a warm household environment.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing luxury homes, estates, boutique hotels, or high‑end hospitality environments
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and operational planning
  • Deep knowledge of luxury home systems, security protocols, and vendor management
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to navigate indoor/outdoor property spaces and stand for extended periods
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Flexibility to support occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
