Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the estates, ensuring the residence is consistently pristine, organized, and guest‑ready
- Coordinate all maintenance, landscaping, repairs, and property enhancements with a focus on long‑term preservation and aesthetic excellence
- Maintain and update security protocols and home systems to ensure safety, privacy, and reliability

Vendor & Contractor Oversight
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors, contractors, and service partners

Qualifications
