As the Hospice Volunteer Manager, you’ll lead, guide, and support a team of volunteers who are crucial to our mission. You’ll plan, coordinate, and manage all volunteer program activities—ensuring that our patients and their families receive unmatched, heartfelt support.

Qualifications
Preferred: College degree or equivalent experience in human services or health administration
Minimum: At least 2 years in a healthcare setting
Preferred: Experience with hospice or volunteer program coordination
Ability to supervise, support, and evaluate a volunteer team
A solid understanding of the hospice philosophy
Proven ability to develop and manage volunteer services that align with both patient and organizational needs
Strong interpersonal and managerial skills, with the ability to treat volunteers with the same value and respect as staff
Position Details
Full-time position
Monday-Friday daytime schedule, with occasional evenings or weekends based on volunteer availability
