Our Ideal Hospice Aide
Previous experience in hospice, homecare, or home health
Willing to travel within our local service area
Certified by the state as a home health aide
Holds current CPR certification
Has a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Strong ability to communicate effectively in English
Your Responsibilities
Follow the interdisciplinary plan of care to support each patient’s needs
Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Participate in ongoing training and educational programs
Collaborate with the hospice team to deliver comprehensive care
