Position Summary:
The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) is a qualified
employee who provides intermittent services in a patient’s place of residence
under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT). The COTA will provide
services in accordance with the patient’s plan of care and direction of the
licensed OT.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school giving a course of not less than two years of COTA
- Must be licensed by the State of Missouri as a COTA
- Must have at least one year clinical experience as a COTA
- Must have current CPR certification, valid driver's license, reliable transportation and automobile insurance.
