• Four 10-hour days per week
• Average 15-17 patients per day
• Scribe provided for providers that average 15 patients per day
• No after hour call requirements
• Well-established referral base throughout Northeast Oregon
• Clinic consists of 3 exam rooms, 1 procedure room
• 2 point-of-care BK ultrasound machines, Olympus cystoscopy equipment, Laborie urodynamics equipment
• Minimum of 1:1 clinical support staff
• Fulltime, permanent
• Epic EMR
