- Phone call rotation of 1 in 30
-Ownership track available after year 2
- Physician owners are making $250,000 - $400,000
- First two years are salaried at $250,000 for outpatient-only plus additional productivity bonus opportunity.
- Full benefits, CME,and 3% retirement match
- 3 weeks vacation 1 weeek CME (and stipend up to $2500)
