- Practice Location: Gardena, California
- Shift Model: 7on/7off Schedule
- Schedule: Runs Saturday through Friday with optional night calls on weeks off
- No Surgical Responsibilities: Focus on clinical work without procedures or code responses
Salary and Benefits
- Base Salary: $240k plus stipend for W-2 or $120/hr for 1099 arrangements
- Average Earning Potential: $325k-$375k for full-time hospitalists
