What are the responsibilities and job description for the Geriatric Nurse Practitioner - Coastal Tampa, Florida Area - Palm Harbor or Port Richey position at Inspire Healthcare?
- Outpatient only, no hospital admitting or rounding
- Monday-Friday schedule 8:00a-5:00p
- 100% focused on the 55 /Geriatric population with a focus on Medicare Advantage
- Group uses Athena EMR
- Great reputation and a well-run office
- Prior NP experience required
- Experience with Managed Care (HEDIS scores, MRA, etc) or willingness to learn is essential
- Focus on quality outcomes as opposed to productivity
- Team approach involves case managers, referral coordinators, etc
- 20 Days of PTO per 365 day period;
- 6 Paid Holidays;
- 3 Days of Paid CME time off;
- $1,500 for CME Reimbursement;
- 401k Retirement Plan with company matching, eligible after one Year
