- Employed as a member of the Maryland-based Partnership with a two-year minimum compensation commitment of $600k/year while the Philadelphia practice grows
- Practice out of a beautiful ASC in the Main Line
- 100% outpatient
- Monday-Friday schedule
- No nights
- No call
- RVU model; fully ramped GIs make $750k - $1mm
