• No call requirements"true shift work promoting healthy balance

• Main ED:42 private beds, divided by acuity; no hallway beds or corridor boarding

• FSED #1 (Socastee):8 beds | 3T MRI, CT, ultrasound, full lab

• FSED #2 (Hwy 22 & 90):12 beds | CT, X-ray, ultrasound, full lab

• Annual volume:50,000 ER visits

• Support services include:

• 24/7 intensivist & surgical backup

• Chest Pain Center & STEMI program with round-the-clock interventional cardiology

• Level III Trauma Center with <2% transfer rate

• Access to da Vinci robotic technology, advanced imaging, and on-site diagnostics
