ICU setting managing critically ill patients

Rotating schedule including 12-hour day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays

Perform patient assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing management

Manage conditions including respiratory failure, sepsis, shock, and multi-organ dysfunction

Perform bedside procedures including central lines, arterial lines, and intubation assistance

Interpret labs, imaging, and hemodynamic data

Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and coordinate care with ICU teams

Document care in electronic medical record
