What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Care Field Marketer position at Inspire Health Group?
Home Care Agency is looking for a marketer to build and grow our census.
The Business Development department manages the day-to-day sales efforts of the business and is responsible for:
- Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing potential referral sources within the agency’s territory and surrounding area
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with all referral sources, including but not limited to the following: independent living facilities, assisted living facilities, Adult Home, Shelters, & Senior Housing.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Developing a network of referral sources.
- Obtaining Enrollment information
- Assisting members in obtaining doctor's orders
- Assisting Members with Enrolment Appointments
- Identifying and marketing to seniors and disabled persons and to Buildings that serve such populations;
- Conducting presentations to consumers and professional groups;
- Marketing to Medicaid and Medicare beneficiaries;
- Developing and maintaining new referral sources and/or partnerships in the community.
