We are currently seeking a chiropractic assistant to help optimize patient experience and operational efficiency within our office.

Job Summary:

The chiropractic assistant plays a vital role in ensuring that patients move efficiently through the practice from check-in to check-out. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff. This position is ideal for a high energy person who loves patient interaction and being up and moving most of the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily appointment schedules and patient wait times

• Coordinate room assignments to optimize provider availability

• Communicate with clinical and administrative staff to minimize delays

• Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner

• Track and report on patient flow metrics to identify areas for improvement

• Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or delays

• Support front desk and medical assistant teams as needed

• Ensure a smooth transition of patients between departments or services

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or healthcare-related certification preferred

• Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems

• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
