What You’ll Do
- Perform routine cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Take and review digital x-rays
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Apply fluoride treatments and sealants
- Assist the dentist during procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
- Help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (Iowa)
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Team-oriented mindset and attention to detail
Nice-to-Have:
- 1 year of clinical experience (new grads welcome)
- Experience with perio programs or soft tissue management
