Inspire Dance Complex is looking for a Front Office Superstar to join our team and help us keep the energy high, the parents smiling, and the communication flowing.
This isn’t your typical front desk job—it’s about setting the tone the moment someone walks in the door. You’re our Director of First Impressions!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the Friendly Face of IDC – Greet dancers and families with warmth and positivity. You set the tone for every visit.
- Customer Service & Front Desk Support – Answer questions, solve problems, check attendance, and keep our space running smoothly.
- Email Management – Help keep our inbox in check, respond to parents, follow up with inquiries, and keep things organized and on time.
- Lead Nurturing & Trial Follow-Ups – Connect with potential new families, follow up after trials, and keep the excitement going until they’re enrolled.
- Event Support & Planning – Assist in organizing recitals and community events.
- Calendar & Communication Scheduling – Help schedule email blasts, manage our CRM, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Studio Organization – From prepping class materials to helping with retail or bulletin boards, we love someone who notices the little things! Keeping our studio clean from sweeping to vacuuming helps make our dance home presentable and welcoming!
- Other Duties as assigned
