WHAT YOU WILL DO AT INSPIRE
- Create a warm, nurturing classroom where toddlers feel safe and love following the NYS Daycare regulations.
- Support social, emotional and developmental growth through play-based learning.
- Collaborate with teammates to plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
- Build strong relationships with families through detailed daily communication.
- Keep a clean, fresh classroom following NYS standards and company expectations.
- Be flexible, positive, and ready to have FUN while making a difference.

- Experience in childcare or early education (but we love to train the right people!)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum high school diploma
- Experience in early childhood, childcare, or babysitting
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team
- Degree in Early Childhood Education, Childhood Psychology, Sociology, or another related field.
